A pair of brothers, Matthew Lee Owens, 17, and Gregory Alan Owens Jr, 31, were arrested at Pasquales Pizza in Armuchee after an altercation late this week.
Reports stated that the older Owens went into the restaurant and began to cause a scene by cursing and raising his voice with customers present.
Reports added that the younger Owens got into a verbal altercation and uttered the words “let’s get him”, which in turned caused his older brother to “feel threatened”.
Gregory Owens is charged with disorderly conduct.
Matthew Owens is charged with simple assault.
