A homeless man, Thomas Franklin Deaton, 57 of Rome, was arrested after causing a disturbance at Panera Bread Thursday.
Reports stated that Deaton cursed at both customers and employees of the store. Police added that he called one of them a “bi**h” while acting in a “tumultuous” and “abusive” manner.
Deaton is charged with disorderly conduct, reckless conduct and felony terroristic threats.
