Ashley Ann Brooks, 34 of Rome, was jailed this week after she was allegedly found passed out in a gravel parking lot on Shorter Avenue near Beech Creek.
Police said that while questioning Brooks she had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath.
Police added that while being taken into custody she attempted to pull away from officers.
Brooks is charged with obstruction and public drunk.
