Annette Mechell Lance, 47 of Rome, was arrested Friday after flashing her privates in public.
Reports stated that that Lance dropped a blanket after exiting a vehicle she was in and exposed herself to several people. Reports added that after “shaking her top half” she “bent over exposing her backside and vagina”.
The incident occurred at a location on Knowles Court.
Lance is charged with public indecency.
