Anthony Antonio Harper, 28 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after police said he attempted to hide behind a bed with a marijuana grinder.
Reports said that Harper was in possession of marijuana and a grinder at a home on Waters Street.
Harper is charged with obstruction of law enforcement, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and contempt of superior court.
