Jacqueline Kadey Taylor, 28 of Calhoun, was arrested over the weekend after she allegedly stabbed a man in the back during an argument.

Reports said that Taylor and the victim had engaged in an argument earlier in the day.  Police stated that they were called to the scene and calmed the situation down.

Reports went on to say that the man left the scene but later returned and then asked Taylor for a hug after apologizing.

The victim said that when he went in for a hug he was stabbed in the back by Taylor.

Police said that that a bloody knife was found in the sink and was bent from the impact of the stab.

Taylor was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a knife during the commission of a felony.
