Michael Eli Hubbard, 19 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after a physical altercation with a 66 year-old victim.
Reports stated that Hubbard was engaged in a verbal argument before he pushed the victim. at a home on New Rosedale Highway.
Hubbard is charged with simple battery.
