Yazmine Chavez, 19 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after she ran a stop sign then refused to pull over for police.
Reports said that the incident occurred at the intersection of Tyler Street and Plymouth Road,
Chavez is charged with obstruction of law enforcement, attempting to elude police and a stop sign violation.
