Devon Makai Young, 17 of Rome, was arrested after he was found allegedly driving a stolen 2005 Dodge Neon.
Reports stated that Young was pulled over on John Davenport and North 2nd Avenue on a routine traffic stop. Police said that during the stop Young admitted to be driving without a license.
It was then discovered that Young had allegedly stolen the vehicle from a woman on Cooper Street.
Young is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle and driving without license.
