Ransom Lane Powell, 25 of Rome, was arrested after allegedly calling 911 for no purpose other than to use “abusive language”.
Reports added that Powell was later found at a location on Dodd Boulevard, in which he had been previously banned.
Powell is charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call and criminal trespass.
