Justin Lane Stroh, 22 of Rome, was jailed on Tuesday after he was accused of beating a 26 year-old woman with a toilet bowl lid.
Reports stated that during an altercation Stroh destroyed the toilet and removed the lid before repeatedly hitting her.
Reports added that the victim suffered knee and foot damage, along with swelling to her legs.
The incident occurred at a home on Beard Drive
Stroh is charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
