Tiffany Amber Dabbs, 21 of Lindale, was jailed over the weekend after she allegedly stole a Social Security Direct Express card from a 73 year-old woman.
Reports added that Dabbs intended to take $1,000 from the victim.
An investigation resulted in police finding the card in Dabb’s bra at the time of her arrest.
Dabb’s is charged with theft by taking and exploitation of an elderly person.
