Manuel Pineda, 20 of Cedartown, was arrested on drug and other charges after a traffic stop on Calhoun Road in Rome Sunday.
Reports said that after being pulled over for not maintaining his lane, police said that Pineda was driving under the influence. A search then uncovered a bag of marijuana and a glass smoking device.
Pineda is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, DUI and failure to maintain lane.
