Jeremy Patrick Morgan, 36 of Silver Creek, was found to be in possession of marijuana and guns during a search of his home on Rockmart Road.
Reports said that the search was conducted by the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force.
Morgan is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and two counts of the purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.
