Randy Lee Lincoln, 39 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly physically attacked a woman, leaving a large knot that was “significantly swelled” on her forehead.
Police stated that the attack occurred at the couple’s home on East 10th Street the 26th of June.
Lincoln is charged with battery.
