Tylan Ke’Dron Peeks, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he ran from them while being questioned.
Reports said that after being caught, a search was conducted, and in the process synthetic marijuana was found on Peeks.
Peeks is charged with obstruction of law enforcement and possession of synthetic marijuana.
