Terry Dewayne Burgess, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly stole a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer from a man on Burnett Ferry Road.
Reports said that the theft occurred back in late January of this year.
Authorities stated that Burgess was later found driving the vehicle in Cobb County and was taken into custody.
Burgess is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
