Floyd County Police have captured a man wanted for stealing coins from the Drgaon Wash in Lindale.
James John Duncan Jr, 40 of Rome, was arrested Thursday after weeks of investigating a video of the crime as it occurred.
Duncan is charged with theft by taking and criminal trespass.

Floyd County Police has asked for the community’s help in attaining information about a theft of $300 from the Dragon Wash in Lindale around 9:30 pm on May 19th.
Authorities said that the $300 was taken in quarters from the coin box.
