An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Christopher M. Carson, 39 of Rome, is facing additional charges after he allegedly broke a sprinkler head in the jail.
Authorities said that the actions caused flooding at the jail.
Carson is charged with interference with government property.

Reports said that Carson stole the 77 year-old woman’s purse back on April 29th.
The value of the purse was listed at $68.
Carson is charged with theft by taking.
