Austin John Weatherby, 17 of Armuchee, was arrested on Monday after he allegedly assaulted a 32 year-old man with a can of coke.
Reports said that Weatherby threw and his the man with the soda can at a home on Turkey Mountain Road.
Reports added that Weatherby “placed the victim in fear of receiving bodily injury” after he began to throw other unlisted objects at him.
Weatherby is charged with simple assault.
