Leigh Ann Linderman, 49 of Tallapoosa, was arrested Saturday after she allegedly attempted to give marijuana to an inmate, who was her son, at the Floyd County Prison.
Reports said that Linderman was found with marijuana in her pants after crossing the guard line.
Linderman is charged with possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance and crossing a guard line with drugs without consent.
