Jesse Lee Harris, 25 of Silver Creek, was arrested after he allegedly entered a home on Tom Bing Road and stole an LG portable air conditioner and a box containing the cremated remains of Samuel P. Cochran.
Reports stated that the burglary occurred on March 25th of this year.
Officials said that the air conditioner was valued at $200, while the remains of Mr. Cochran were priceless.
Harris is charged with first degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
