Cody Shane Garrett, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly illegally entered a home on Cave Spring Road and was found with numerous drugs.
Reports said that Garrett was found to possess 22.6 grams of suspected meth, along with a large amount of baggies and unused needles. He was also found to have a fake $20 bill.
Garrett is charged with criminal trespass, possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, 3rd degree forgery, possession of drug related objects, parole violation and probation violation.
