Dustin Ryan Hilyer, 30 of Rome, was arrested at the CVS on Turner McCall for drug charges.
Reports said that police found a syringe and a white substance that was suspected to be methamphetamine while at the drug store.
Hilyer is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
