Joshua Blake Jackson, 34 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly threw iced tea at a 30 year-old woman.
Reports said that when Jackson tossed the tea at the woman it placed her in “reasonable fear at receiving harm.”
The incident occurred at a home on Cliffbrink Drive.
Jackson is charged with simple battery.
