Cortney Keon Jackson, 35 of Laurel, Mississippi, was arrested in Rome on Friday on numerous drug and violence charges.
Reports said that Jackson was found with synthetic marijuana in his jacket pocket.
He was captured at the Cross Point Church in Aragon
Jackson is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, violation of a family violence order, two counts of obstruction of law enforcement and failure to appear.
