Heath Arron Wilson, 35 of Rome, was arrested after he was found crawling around on the ground at a home on Homestead Circle back on May 6th.
Reports said that Wilson “caused alarm and immediate concern for the safety of the residents”.
Wilson is charged with loitering and prowling and driving on a suspended license.
