Matthew Allen Wagner, 32 of Rome, was arrested at Garden Lakes Elementary School on Wednesday after allegedly “cursing and causing a scene”.
Reports said that Wagner was repeatedly asked to stop making a scene before police were called.
Reports added that Wagner also caused damage to a car tire of a 28 year-old woman.
Wagner is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
