Mitzi Deanna Floyd, 40 of Calhoun, was arrested Tuesday on Ga 53 at the county line after she allegedly stole a pack of diapers and then attempted to return them for money at the Dollar General on New Calhoun Highway.
Reports added that she not only stole diapers, valued at $4.28, but soft drinks, valued at $4.00.
The alleged crime occurred on May 16, 2017.
Floyd is charged with two counts of theft by deception and theft by shoplifting.
