Tarvus Antonio Cooper, 23 of Rome, was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly threw objects at a window, causing it to break.
Reports said that the damage was done at an apartment at Callier Forrest on Dodd Blvd.
Authorities said that less than $500 in damage was done.
Cooper is charged with criminal trespass.
