John Bolivar Spratling, 49 of Cedartown, and Annie Marie Adams, 43 of Rome, were arrested at the Hampton Inn on Turner McCall Monday after Spratling was pulled over for driving erratically.

Reports said that officers spotted Spratling run over a curb in the area, and as a result initiated a traffic stop.  It was then police said they found an open container and a drug pipe that contained meth residue.

Both suspects are charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.

Spratling is additionally charged with possession of marijuana, failure to maintain lane, open container and driving on a suspended license.
