Cecil Eugene Colley Jr , 51 of Rome, is facing additional charges after police said he attempted to avoid his arrest at a home on New Orleans Blvd. Reports said that deputies found Colley, who was being sought for a probation violation, hiding under a mobile home.
Colley is charged with two counts of obstruction of police and probation violation.
