Jeffrey Dylan Robbins, 23 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after an alleged altercation with a 20 year-old woman at a home on Blacks Bluff Road.
Reports stated that Robbins broke a picture frame after throwing a telephone at it during the altercation.
Robbins is charged with criminal trespass.
