Maygan Dawn Little, 21 of Rome, was arrested after attacking two women on Lester Lane in front of three children.
Reports stated that Little threatened to perform bodily harm to a woman in front of a 12, 3, and 2 year-old child.
Reports continued that she intentionally hit a different woman with a closed fist before grabbing her around the neck and choking her. That attack also occurred in front of a small child.
Little is charged with three counts of cruelty to children in the third, terroristic threats and acts, battery and cruelty to children for causing excessive physical or mental pain.
