Cheok Fai Che, 65 of Norcross, was arrested at the Lock and Dam Park in Rome for catching over the allowed limit of fish.
Reports stated that Che was found to have 15 more crappie and 5 white bass than what is allowed by law.
Che is charged with two counts of unlawful ownership of wildlife.
