Rome Man Faces Over Two Dozen Drug Charges Thanks to Witness

Lucas Lorenzo Waddell, 34 of Rome, was arrested Tuesday on over two dozen drug charges thanks to a “reliable cooperating witness”.

Reports stated that Waddell sold methamphetamine to a witness on the following dates and locations.

April 8, 2016 at Roy’s Little Garden on Dean Avenue

July 7, 2016 at the Quick Stop on Maple Avenue

July 22, July 27, and July 28 at a home on Maple Road

August 5, September 14 and August 3, 2016 at a BP gas station on Highway 411

August 17, 2016 at the Dollar General on Dean Avenue

September 8, 2016 at the Big H store on East 12^th Street

Waddell is charged with ten counts of selling methamphetamine, nine counts of possession of meth with the intent to distribute and nine counts of possession of meth.
