Andre Houston Bullock, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly grabbed a 41 year-old female by the throat and proceeded to cause physical and visible injury to her.
Reports stated that the crime occurred around 2 am on News Years.
Bullock is charged with battery.
