Matthew Wayne Owens, 56 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after being accused of attacking a 23 year-old woman at a home on Knowles Court.
Reports stated that Owens intentionally made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature when he pushed them out of the home.
Owens is charged with simple battery.
