James E Sutton, 74 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after reports said he got into a verbal altercation with an employee of Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Reports stated that Sutton threatened to hit an employee and then said that he would “meet him at the Y” for a fight. Reports added that he also told the victim that he would “see him outside the hospital”.
Reports added that Sutton refused to leave the hospital after numerous attempts.
Sutton is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
