Allison Michelle Ludy , a 30 year-old homeless woman, Tory Kyle Fowler, 26 of Rome, and Jospeh Webb, of Rome was arrested Thursday after police allegedly found marijuana and synthetic marijuana in a home on Ave B, which is public housing.
Reports stated that Fowler allegedly had the marijuana in his jacket pocket.
Lady is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
