Jimmy Lane Massingill, 24 of Rome, found to possess two suspected Xanax pills and liquid methadone during a traffic stop on Huffaker Road. He was also to be under the influence of drugs.
Massingill is charged with possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, DUI and drugs not in original container.
