Salinna Marie Suits, 40 of Rome, was arrested on Christmas at the intersection of Cherry Street and Magnolia Avenue for stealing clothing from two women.
Reports stated that Suits stole clothing of two women that equaled a value of less than $500.
Suits is charged with theft by taking.
