Lavresha Kenshell Zachery, 26 of Rome, was arrested Wednesday night after police said she acted in a violent manor at a tenant at her home.
Reports stated that Zachery went outside, began to wave her arms and cursed while starting to start a fight on 14th Street.
Zachery is charged with disorderly conduct.
