Jesse lee Medlock, 22 of Rome, was arrested on Alabama Highway near Woods Roads when he was spotted driving a four wheeler knowing that his license had been suspended.
Officers stated that he was not wearing a helmet at the time. They added that when they initiated their blue lights he attempted to escape on the ATV
Medlock is charged with attempting to elude police, a stop sign violation, not wearing a helmet, driving on a suspended license, and being a habitual violator.
