Daniel Eugene Cox, 40, of Rome, was jailed over the weekend for allegedly stalking a woman who lives on Ohio Drive.
Reports stated that Cox was ordered to stay away from the woman though a protective order, but the victim stated that he came within 200 yards of the home.
Cox is charged with felony aggravated stalking.
