Travis Emory Little, 27 of Rome, was arrested on Friday during a probation search of his Kirkwood Street home uncovered a firearm.
Little, who is a convicted felon, is not allowed to have a gun by law.
Little is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
