Homad Khandaghabadi, 38 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome at the Ashland Park apartments Friday after he was allegedly caught selling methamphetamine to residents.

Reports stated that he had been selling the drug at numerous locations across the city.

On Friday morning he was captured in the parking lot of the apartments with meth, a digital scale and a stolen hand gun.

 

He is charged with two felony counts of sale of methamphetamine, two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, four felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and felony theft by receiving stolen property.
