Nichole Lee Jovas, 25 of Portage, Indiana, was transported to the Floyd County Jail after jumping bail and disappearing in August. Reports stated that Jovas had a scheduled court appeared in Rome on August 29th and never showed.
Reports added that Jovas was found in Valparaiso, Indiana late last week before being returned to Rome to face new charges of felony bail jumping.
She is additionally charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court.
