Richard Jermaine Boatner, 33 of Rome, is facing additional charges after leading police on a foot chase this week.
Reports stated that Boatner was wanted on two counts of contempt of court when he was spotted near Grady Avenue on Monday by Floyd County Sheriff Deputies.
Reports added that when the deputy approached he fled on foot, leading them on a chase.
He was captures a short time later.
Boatner is charged with two counts of contempt of court, probation violation and obstruction of law enforcement.
