For the second time in four days Tamara Lynn Winn, 25 of Rome, has been arrested.
Reports stated that on Monday Winn was charged with disorderly conduct at a home on Calhoun Road.
Then on Thursday, Winn was arrested for loitering at and lying to police.
Reports stated that Winn was found on Rush Chapel Road at a “place not usual for law abiding individuals” are supposed to be.
While being questioned she allegedly lied to police about her identity.
She was taken into custody and charged with prowling and giving a false name to police.
